Burger Motorsports wheel spacers are a proven, cost-effective performance upgrade for BMW owners looking to eliminate the factory “sunken wheel” appearance. By optimizing wheel offset, they help fill the wheel wells, improve lateral grip, and provide additional clearance for aftermarket suspension components, larger brake kits, alternate wheel offsets, or winter wheel setups.
Each spacer is designed and manufactured specifically for BMW F-Chassis vehicles, ensuring a precise hub-centric, vibration-free fit. For long-term serviceability, every kit includes a packet of anti-seize grease to apply to the factory hub, making future removal quick and easy.

Two spacer kits are required to space all four wheels.
Choosing the Correct Spacer Width
Spacer sizing is largely a matter of personal preference. To determine the ideal size:

Use a ruler or straight edge

Measure outward from the wheel arch to your desired flush position

Select the spacer size that matches your measurement
The spacer thickness chosen (10mm, 12mm, 15mm, etc.) will move the wheel outward exactly that distance.
Important Fitment Note – 10mm Spacer Warning:
For 2012–2018 BMW F30/F31 3 Series Sedans, the rear axle requires a minimum of 12mm spacers due to the taller factory rear hub. The front axle may use any thickness. This limitation applies only to F30/F31 vehicles.
Installation
Installation is straightforward and requires no permanent modification:

Remove the wheel

Place the spacer onto the factory hub

Reinstall the wheel using the included extended lug bolts

Torque to specification
Torque Spec: 105 ft-lbs (142 Nm)
Re-torque after the first 50 miles
⚠️ Do not mix up the bolts—each spacer width includes bolts that are longer than factory by the spacer thickness.
