Designed as a direct replacement for the restrictive factory plastic charge pipe, this premium upgrade features high-gauge aluminum construction, CNC-machined throttle body and turbo flanges, and the legendary Turbosmart RacePort Blow-Off Valve. The result is improved airflow, increased durability, reduced compressor surge, and the aggressive "Pshhhh" blow-off sound every turbo enthusiast loves.
Unlike the factory plastic charge pipe, which can become a weak point on tuned or high-boost vehicles, the BMS Elite Charge Pipe is engineered to withstand substantially higher boost pressures while maintaining an OEM-quality fit and finish. Its larger internal diameter allows smoother airflow between the turbocharger and throttle body, helping maximize performance on both stock and modified vehicles.
At the heart of this kit is the Turbosmart® RacePort® Blow-Off Valve, one of the industry's most respected motorsport-grade BOVs. When lifting off the throttle, excess boost pressure is vented safely into the atmosphere, producing an aggressive vent-to-atmosphere sound while reducing compressor surge and protecting the turbocharger during rapid throttle transitions.
Finished in a durable matte black textured coating, the charge pipe blends seamlessly into the engine bay while providing exceptional corrosion resistance. Three integrated 1/8" NPT ports allow easy installation of methanol injection nozzles, boost gauges, pressure sensors, or other performance accessories.
The kit includes reinforced silicone couplers, heavy-duty T-bolt clamps, O-rings, C-clips, plugs, fittings, and all necessary installation hardware for a straightforward bolt-on installation. It is fully compatible with factory tuning, JB4 piggyback tuning systems, and flash tunes.
