BREMBO S.p.A. ("Manufacturer") ensures that this Product adheres to Manufacturer's published specifications and is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (a "Covered Defect"). The warranty period is limited to two (2) years from the date of purchase, or such longer period as required by law.
In the event of a Covered Defect claim, it must be made within sixty (60) days of its discovery and within two (2) years from the date of purchase, or within the extended period required by law. If a Covered Defect is found, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product with a new or rebuilt one.
