We warrant to the original user that this Product meets our published specifications and is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (referred to as a "Covered Defect"). This warranty is valid for a duration of two (2) years from the date of purchase, or for any longer period required by law.
In the unlikely event that a Covered Defect is discovered, a claim under this Limited Warranty must be made within sixty (60) days of its discovery and within two (2) years from the date of purchase, or within any longer period required by law. If the Product is found to have a Covered Defect, the Manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the Product with a new or rebuilt unit.
