Upgrade both ends of your Porsche 911 997.1 with the Better Bodies Motorsport Front Lip & Rear Diffuser Kit, a two-piece aerodynamic package designed to enhance the appearance and aerodynamic character of the 997.1 without overwhelming its original Porsche styling.
The kit combines a GT3TEK polyurethane front lip with a matching GT3TEK polyurethane rear diffuser, creating a cohesive front-to-rear aero upgrade. The front lip gives the 997.1 a lower, sharper, more aggressive stance, while the rear diffuser adds a motorsport-inspired appearance and helps manage airflow exiting beneath the vehicle.
Both components are molded to complement the factory body lines of the 997.1 and feature pre-marked mounting points for accurate positioning. The front lip includes pre-installed 3M automotive-grade double-sided tape where applicable, along with the necessary mounting hardware. The rear diffuser is designed to integrate with the factory rear bumper mounting locations.
Constructed from Better Bodies Motorsport's proprietary GT3TEK polyurethane blend, the components provide a combination of flexibility, durability, and impact resistance. Unlike rigid fiberglass or brittle ABS plastic, polyurethane can flex under stress and return toward its original shape, making it well suited to everyday driving conditions. Installation
The Better Bodies Motorsport Porsche 997.1 Lip & Diffuser Kit is designed for OEM-style installation. Both components feature pre-marked mounting points for accurate positioning and are molded to follow the factory body lines of the 997.1.
The front lip includes pre-installed 3M automotive-grade double-sided tape where applicable, along with mounting hardware. The rear diffuser is designed to integrate directly with the factory rear bumper mounting locations.
Experienced DIY installers can complete the installation, but professional installation is recommended to ensure proper positioning, panel alignment, secure mounting, and a clean finished appearance.
If painted, both polyurethane components require standard body-shop preparation: scuff, prime, and paint.
Appearance

Polyurethane is designed to withstand the minor impacts and contact that can occur during everyday driving. Instead of cracking or shattering like rigid fiberglass, the material can flex upon contact and return toward its original shape.
Minor contact may still result in cosmetic scuffs or scratches, which can generally be refinished during normal body-shop preparation. Front lip scrape guards are recommended for additional protection.
