The 6S caliper is CNC machined from a single piece of US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging at Baer’s Phoenix, AZ facility, ensuring exceptional strength and precision. The caliper includes stainless steel pistons and abutments for durability, along with dual dust and pressure seals for reliable operation under all conditions. The staggered piston arrangement helps prevent uneven pad wear and maintain consistent braking performance.
The kit’s 2-piece rotor is vented, slotted, drilled, and zinc plated for superior heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. Billet aluminum hats keep weight low without sacrificing strength. NAS-grade stainless steel hardware pre-assembles the rotor for a hassle-free install. The complete kit includes all necessary mounting brackets, stainless steel braided hoses, and hardware.
