Ignite Your Drive! The AWE Track Edition Exhaust for the FK8 Civic Type R is engineered for those who crave a raw, exhilarating sound experience. This performance exhaust system retains the same integrated front pipe and bespoke mid-pipe resonator as the Touring Edition but omits AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology®. Instead, it features a straight section for the Track Edition, resulting in an aggressive and rowdy exhaust note during mid-range acceleration and deceleration. This version is known to be quite loud, which may not suit every driver. Please note: this product cannot be returned for sound preferences, but if you find it too loud, AWE provides a convenient Conversion Kit to switch back to the Touring Edition.
Innovative Design: The exhaust system includes a 3” front pipe that is integrated into the design, ensuring optimal performance and seamless installation. AWE exhausts are not compatible with other aftermarket front pipes, but they will work with compatible downpipes that use the factory-style flange. This design decision enhances reliability and long-term performance by utilizing the factory's superior double-layer steel gasket, which minimizes the risk of blowouts and deterioration.
Style Meets Functionality: The exhaust features stunning 4.5” double-walled, slash-cut tips available in either Chrome Silver or Diamond Black, each stamped with the AWE logo. These tips are individually adjustable, allowing you to customize the depth into the bumper according to your taste.
