This system is the lower-priced sibling of the acclaimed Touring Edition Exhaust, constructed from high-quality T304L stainless steel and crafted in-house to ensure exceptional durability and performance. The primary difference lies in the removal of AWE’s sound-cancelling 180 Technology™ rear mufflers, delivering a significantly louder tone, particularly in the mid-range. S-Tronic owners should be cautious—this system can be especially loud at part throttle!
For enhanced performance, AWE offers both Resonated and Non-Resonated Downpipes (sold separately). The Resonated Downpipes feature larger resonators to produce a mellow sound, while the Non-Resonated Downpipes are designed for those who want the loudest experience possible. Note that in limited cases, factory downpipes may emit minor rattling noises when paired with the AWE exhaust system, which can be eliminated by using AWE downpipes.
