Design & Performance:
The ARM MK7 GTI / Golf R Intake Kit uses a class-leading 4” inlet to maximize airflow, making it ideal for high-output builds. The intake pipe is constructed from a single piece of 6-layer reinforced silicone, providing a smooth, unrestricted path to the turbo and unmatched durability under boost.
To enhance performance and keep intake temperatures low, a precision-cut heat shield is included. It integrates seamlessly with the OEM air duct and includes a welded connection pipe for superior thermal isolation. The heat shield features a rubber hood seal to reduce heat soak and engine bay heat exposure.
The inverted cone filter design paired with a 5.5" base delivers over 300 cubic inches of filtration surface area, increasing airflow and maximizing filtration efficiency. An integrated SAI filter is also included and mounts directly to the heat shield for improved secondary air flow.
The intake dramatically improves induction and turbo sounds under acceleration and venting, giving your 2.0T or 1.8T a more aggressive and responsive character.
