Profile: Upgrade your MQB platform with the ARM Upgraded Charge Piping Kit, designed to enhance airflow by replacing restrictive 1.5" factory plastic piping with robust 2.5" T6061 aluminum piping. Finished in a durable wrinkle black coating, this upgrade ensures optimal performance and durability.
The factory charge piping on the MQB platform features narrow 1.5" plastic piping with multiple geometric changes that restrict airflow. The ARM Charge Piping Upgrade maintains a consistent 2.5" diameter throughout the entire system, significantly improving airflow and performance.
The ARM Charge Piping Upgrade includes two main sections: the turbo outlet pipe (from the turbo to the intercooler) and the throttle body component (from the intercooler to the throttle body). The throttle body section features an integrated 1/8" NPT port for methanol or nitrous injection, ideally located after the intercooler but before the throttle body.
Construction: The ARM Charge Piping Upgrade features T6061 2.5" aluminum piping, coated in a durable wrinkle black finish. The silicone couplers are 6-layer reinforced, capable of withstanding high boost pressures without deforming. Constant-tension T-bolt clamps ensure secure connections.
Included in the upgrade is the ARM precision CNC machined Turbo Muffler Delete, designed to provide a smooth transition from the IS20 or IS38 turbo to the first section of charge piping, maintaining a 2.5" diameter.

Fitment Guide: The ARM MQB Charge Piping Upgrade is compatible with both the OEM intercooler and the ARM FMIC Kit. It also fits stock-location upgraded intercoolers that accommodate the stock charge piping.
