The aerodynamic design helps minimize wind resistance while providing a practical platform for carrying camping equipment, recovery gear, luggage, tools, and other oversized cargo.
The evenly spaced crossbars are designed to support loads of up to 150 kg, while the included steel mesh floor provides a secure and versatile surface for transporting smaller items. A precision-cut drainage channel helps reduce the buildup of dirt and moisture, making the rack better suited to harsh outdoor environments.
A full-length zinc-annealed steel support channel distributes the load along the vehicle's gutter while a protective plastic strip helps prevent damage to the vehicle. Stainless steel mounting hardware and ARB's heavy-duty clamping system provide secure installation while allowing the rack to be removed when required.
The rack uses MIG-welded joints for enhanced structural strength. Pressed steel feet and adjustable legs allow the rack's height and width to be configured for different vehicle applications, providing greater installation flexibility.
The raised top rail is positioned above the rack floor to help secure cargo and is constructed from durable 25mm tubing, while the lower rail uses 35mm tubing for additional strength.
