The ARB Alloy Roof Rack Cage w/ Mesh Floor (87"x49") – Part No. arb4900010M offers the strength and utility of ARB’s renowned roof racks in a lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum build. Designed with off-roaders and overlanders in mind, this rack combines maximum strength with superior aerodynamics and a sleek, durable finish.
Manufactured using TIG and Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welding, this aluminum rack is 40% lighter than ARB’s steel alternatives. The integrated Amplimesh® alloy mesh floor adds extra load support, making it perfect for securing gear and equipment. It’s finished in a Millennium Grey powder coat for a modern look and long-lasting protection against the elements.
The rack installs using ARB's proven steel mounting feet (sold separately), making it easy to remove or refit as needed. Rated to carry up to 330 lbs (150 kg)—subject to vehicle roof load limits—it’s the perfect balance of performance and practicality.
