Emissions Compliance: This part complies with the EPA’s Tampering Policy dated November 23rd, 2020. It is legal for on-street use in all states adhering to the Clean Air Act and the EPA Tampering Policy, excluding California. CARB testing for 50-state compliance is pending. Once testing is complete and an Executive Order (E.O.) number is issued, the product will be updated to 50-state legal status.
Technical Resources: Please note that the Turbo Outlet Pipe does not fit with the stock intake system (except Tiguan). A compatible upgrade, such as the APR Closed or Open Intake System, is required.
