Elevate your Audi's performance with the APR 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Drive and Crank Pulley Upgrade. This comprehensive upgrade kit is designed to significantly boost horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range by increasing the supercharger's speed.
Supercharger Drive Pulley: The APR Supercharger Drive Pulley Upgrade reduces the factory pulley diameter from approximately 63.25mm to 57.75mm. This results in the supercharger spinning approximately 9.5% faster, delivering a substantial increase in power and performance. The pulley is crafted from billet stainless steel, CNC machined for precision, and e-coated black for a seamless OEM look. It is press-fitted to the factory supercharger unit, ensuring reliable and consistent performance.
Supercharger Crank Pulley: The APR Supercharger Crank Pulley Upgrade increases the factory pulley diameter from approximately 162mm to 187mm, spinning the supercharger approximately 15.4% faster. This further enhances horsepower and torque output, providing an even greater performance boost. The crank pulley is made from lightweight billet aluminum, featuring weight-saving pockets and an anodized black finish. It bolts directly onto the existing factory unit while retaining the factory harmonically balanced crank pulley.
Dual Pulley Configuration: When both the supercharger drive and crank pulleys are upgraded, the factory supercharger spins approximately 26.4% faster than stock. This configuration has been meticulously tested to ensure maximum power and reliability. However, to fully capitalize on the airflow levels achieved, the APR Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade is recommended. This upgrade is available in platform-specific variations for the B8/B8.5 A4/S4/S5, Q5/SQ5, and C7 A6/A7.
