Description
The Anderson Composites Type-OE Carbon Fiber Rear Mud Flaps are designed for the 2014–2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray, Z06, and Grand Sport. These carbon fiber components replicate the original equipment wheel opening molding, providing a premium exterior upgrade while maintaining the Corvette's original body lines.
Handcrafted using high-quality materials, these rear mud flaps reflect Anderson Composites' extensive experience in carbon fiber manufacturing. They are produced using a vacuum-infused process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, delivering a consistent weave pattern and a carefully controlled carbon-to-resin ratio designed to provide stiffness and strength.
The surface is finished with a marine-grade gel coat containing UV inhibitors. The coating is polished to help protect the carbon fiber and enhance its high-gloss appearance, complementing the Corvette's performance-focused styling.
Designed as a duplicate of the original equipment wheel opening molding, these components do not extend beyond the fender edge. They provide a factory-style appearance with the distinctive finish of carbon fiber. Installation uses OE mounting hardware, which is not included. Some mounting-tab modifications and minor adjustments may be necessary to achieve proper fitment.
