The manufacturing process is designed to provide a consistent carbon fiber weave, excellent carbon-to-resin ratio, high stiffness, and increased structural strength. These side skirts are manufactured using a vacuum-infused process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth. A marine-grade gel coat with UV inhibitors is applied and polished to help protect the carbon fiber surface while providing a deep, high-luster finish.
Designed as a direct-style replacement for the factory C7 Z06 side skirts, these carbon fiber components install using the OE Z06 side skirt fasteners. They are intended specifically for the Corvette C7 Z06 and do not fit the standard Stingray model due to interference with the front fenders and rear quarter panels.

Installation Notes
- Installs using OE C7 Z06 side skirt fasteners
- Does not fit the standard Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
- Stingray compatibility is not supported due to interference with the front fenders and rear quarter panels
- If the vehicle was not originally equipped with OE side skirts, the following factory fasteners are required:
- GM Part Number 11516807 — Rivets
- GM Part Number 11547421 — Bolts
- GM Part Number 11515638 — U-Nuts
- Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment and fitment
