Each component features a consistent carbon fiber weave and is produced using a vacuum-infused manufacturing process designed to achieve an optimized carbon-to-resin ratio. The exterior surface is finished with a marine-grade gel coat containing UV inhibitors and polished to provide a high-luster appearance. This finish enhances the visual depth of the carbon fiber weave while helping protect the surface from UV exposure.
The exhaust surround bezels are designed to mount using OEM hardware, although the required hardware is not included. For installation, automotive-grade clear RTV silicone adhesive is recommended and must be supplied separately. Mounting tabs may require modification for proper fitment, and minor adjustments may be necessary during installation as part of the normal fitting process.
