Upgrade your Mercedes-AMG GLE with the Akrapovič Evolution Line Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust System, engineered to deliver improved performance, reduced weight, and a distinctive AMG exhaust sound. Manufactured from high-grade, lightweight titanium, this premium exhaust system achieves a 34.2% weight reduction compared with the AMG Performance exhaust system.

The fully sandblasted titanium exterior is complemented by a new tailpipe design featuring hand-crafted carbon fiber outer sleeves and titanium inner sleeves, combining lightweight construction with a refined, motorsport-inspired appearance.

Performance testing conducted on the Akrapovič dynamometer against a Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupé equipped with an AMG Performance exhaust system demonstrated power gains of 6.3 kW (8.6 hp) and torque increases of 21.3 Nm, both achieved at 2,800 rpm.

The Evolution Line features three exhaust valves operated by a specially developed control kit. One valve is positioned on each side of the muffler, while the third is integrated into the active X-connection in the link pipe. This configuration helps deliver a carefully engineered exhaust sound throughout the rev range.

The valve housings, X-connection, and reinforcement structures within the tailpipe assembly are cast in Akrapovič's in-house foundry. The result is a pure, deep, and distinctive exhaust tone, with a full-bodied sound at idle, a pronounced and well-defined burble as engine speed increases, and a high-frequency, sporty character at higher RPM.

No engine remapping is required after installation. An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available to provide additional control over the sound emitted by the exhaust system.

The Evolution Line Titanium exhaust is ECE type-approved for vehicles equipped with an Otto Particulate Filter (OPF), subject to the stated configuration requirements. It is designed as a direct replacement for vehicles originally equipped with the AMG Performance exhaust system. The system is also compatible with vehicles fitted with a factory-installed stock hitch.

Important Installation and Compatibility Notes

• The correct mandatory exhaust Control Kit must be ordered according to whether the vehicle was manufactured before or after the facelift.

• This system is designed as a direct replacement for vehicles equipped with the factory AMG Performance exhaust system.

• ECE type approval for the Evolution Line Titanium exhaust is not valid when the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is installed.

• No engine remapping is required.
