The aFe Power Vulcan Series 3" to 3.5" 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System with Black Tips is engineered to deliver aggressive performance, improved exhaust flow, and refined in-cabin sound for the 2021–2024 Ram 1500 TRX equipped with the 6.2L Supercharged HEMI. Designed and manufactured in Corona, California, this muffler-delete exhaust system combines race-inspired engineering with daily-driving comfort.
Constructed from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, the Vulcan Series system transitions from 3-inch primary piping to 3.5-inch large-bore tailpipes, improving exhaust velocity and maximizing scavenging. At the core of the design is an integrated mitered merge X-pipe and crossover balance tube, which replaces traditional mufflers to evenly distribute exhaust pulses. This configuration enhances exhaust flow, reduces drone, and delivers a powerful, aggressive tone across the entire RPM range.
Dyno testing confirms gains of up to +11 horsepower and +12 lb-ft of torque, improving throttle response and overall engine performance. Despite its muffler-delete design, the Vulcan Series maintains a controlled interior sound level during cruising, ensuring driver and passenger comfort without sacrificing exterior aggression under throttle.
The system is finished with dual 6-inch ceramic-coated matte black 304 stainless steel exhaust tips, each featuring a laser-etched aFe POWER logo for a bold, high-performance appearance.
