The Vulcan Series Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered specifically for the 2021–2025 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon 392 6.4L HEMI, delivering uncompromising performance, aggressive sound, and premium construction. Designed to complement the power of the V8 while maintaining refined drivability, this system combines large-diameter tubing, advanced flow management, and factory-style valving for dual-mode operation.
Constructed from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, the system features 3-inch primary tubing that splits into quad 2-1/2-inch outlets, significantly improving exhaust flow, scavenging, and throttle response. An integrated high-flow transverse stainless steel muffler with a built-in X-pipe evenly distributes exhaust gases, producing a deep, powerful exhaust note while minimizing drone during cruising.
Further optimizing exhaust balance, the system incorporates a mitered merge X-pipe and crossover balance tube, which equalize exhaust pulses for smoother sound, increased efficiency, and enhanced performance. Factory-style pneumatic exhaust valves are retained, allowing the exhaust to automatically switch between quiet and performance modes by routing gases through or around the muffler as needed.
Visually, the system is finished with quad 4-inch black 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, laser-etched with the aFe POWER logo for a bold, aggressive rear profile. Precision CAD-designed fitment ensures a direct bolt-on installation using factory hanger locations, with no cutting or modifications required.
