The aFe POWER Vulcan Series 2-1/2" 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver refined performance gains, a deep exhaust tone, and premium durability for the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Designed for vehicles equipped with dual factory exhaust, this system enhances exhaust flow while maintaining a smooth, controlled sound suitable for daily driving and performance use.
Manufactured from 2-1/2" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, the Vulcan Series offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. In-house dyno testing confirms gains of up to +5 horsepower and +11 lb-ft of torque, improving throttle response and overall engine efficiency.
A high-flow stainless steel muffler with a black finish produces a deep, authoritative exhaust note while resisting corrosion and discoloration. An integrated mitered merge X-pipe balances exhaust pulses between banks, minimizing drone and maximizing scavenging for smoother power delivery.
The system is finished with dual 4-1/2" black 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, each laser-etched with the aFe POWER logo for a clean, aggressive appearance. Utilizing factory-style flanges and hangers, this exhaust installs easily with no cutting or modifications required. As with all aFe POWER exhaust systems, it is 100% MIG-welded and proudly engineered and manufactured in Corona, California.
