Large Five-Layer Pro 5R Performance Air Filter
Designed around Takeda’s innovative filter-to-housing interface, this intake system accommodates the largest air filter possible.
The included 7.5” tall, 360-degree radial flow filter features a 4" flange and Takeda’s Pro 5R pre-oiled cotton gauze media. With five progressively finer layers, the Pro 5R provides superior airflow and filtration, delivering the highest potential power gains in most applications.
The inverted filter top increases total surface area, offering longer service intervals and consistent airflow even when the filter begins to collect dust.
Unique One-Piece XLPE Sealed Housing
Constructed from durable, heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the one-piece sealed housing is engineered to reduce air temperature and improve overall airflow efficiency.
Takeda’s patent-pending filter-to-housing interface reduces the number of components, ensuring a clean appearance and simplified installation.
A large clear sight window gives immediate visibility of the filter for quick inspection without the need to open or remove the housing.
The system connects directly to the factory air inlet and includes an auxiliary air inlet for additional airflow when required.
