The Scorpion 2-1/2" Aluminized Steel Axle-Back Exhaust System is designed to deliver dependable performance, improved exhaust flow, and enhanced off-road capability for Jeep Wrangler JK models. Built from mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, this system offers long-term durability at a competitive price point while providing noticeable gains in throttle response, torque, and overall engine performance.
A 13-inch baffled muffler is included to produce an aggressive exhaust tone. The muffler is coated with an anti-corrosion protective finish to extend service life and withstand demanding driving conditions. The Hi-Tuck design raises the exhaust exit point, maximizing clearance during steep climbs, descents, and trail obstacles, making it ideal for off-road enthusiasts who need additional departure and approach angles.
Installation is straightforward thanks to OE-style bayonet hangers, band clamps, and all necessary hardware. The factory-style mounting points ensure a stable fit and simplify the installation process without requiring cutting or modifications. Smooth bends throughout the system reduce restriction and promote efficient exhaust gas flow.
This axle-back system fits both 2-door and 4-door Jeep Wrangler JK models equipped with the 3.8L or 3.6L engine. Like all aFe exhaust products, it is engineered and manufactured in aFe’s Corona, California facility.
