Description
The aFe POWER SCORCHER GT MAF Signal Power Module is a plug-and-play performance upgrade designed for the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma with the 2.7L L4 gasoline engine. By modifying the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor signal, the SCORCHER GT is designed to improve throttle response, engine performance, and vehicle efficiency without permanently modifying the factory ECU.
Dyno testing produced advertised gains of up to 7 horsepower and 11 ft-lbs of torque. The module installs in approximately 10 minutes using factory-style connectors and requires no modifications to the vehicle's wiring harness.

How It Works
The SCORCHER GT connects to the vehicle's Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor circuit and modifies the MAF signal to alter engine operation. This is designed to improve throttle response and overall vehicle performance while leaving the factory ECU unmodified.
The integrated ON/OFF switch allows the module to be easily activated or deactivated.
Construction & Installation
The module features a high-quality black powder-coated aluminum extrusion enclosure and a factory-style wiring harness with OEM-style connectors. The plug-and-play design connects directly to the stock wiring harness and sensors without requiring modifications.
