Description
The aFe POWER SCORCHER GT Power Module is a plug-and-play performance module designed for select Toyota vehicles equipped with the 4.0L V6 engine. By modifying the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor signal, the SCORCHER GT is designed to improve engine performance, throttle response, and efficiency without requiring permanent ECU modifications.
Dyno testing produced advertised gains of up to 9 horsepower and 11 ft-lbs of torque. The module installs in approximately 10 minutes using factory-style connectors, requiring no modifications to the vehicle's wiring harness.
A built-in ON/OFF button and blue LED indicator allow the module to be easily activated or deactivated. The high-quality enclosure and OEM-style wiring harness provide a clean installation while maintaining compatibility with aFe POWER performance products.

How It Works
The SCORCHER GT connects directly to the vehicle's Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor circuit and modifies the MAF signal to alter engine operation. This is designed to improve throttle response and overall vehicle performance without directly modifying the factory ECU.
The module can be easily switched on or off using the integrated button on the enclosure.
Construction & Installation
The SCORCHER GT features a high-quality black powder-coated aluminum extrusion enclosure and a factory-style wiring harness with OEM-style connectors. The plug-and-play design connects directly to the factory wiring and sensors without requiring modifications.
Installation takes approximately 10 minutes and requires no permanent changes to the vehicle.
