The aFe Power Rock Basher 3" Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for Jeep Wrangler JL owners who demand maximum performance, rugged durability, and superior off-road clearance. Designed specifically for 4-door Wrangler JL models, this system features 3-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing that dramatically improves exhaust flow compared to the restrictive factory system. On our in-house dyno, the Rock Basher system produced gains of up to +9 horsepower and +8 lb-ft of torque, enhancing throttle response, power delivery, and overall engine performance.
A free-flowing stainless steel muffler delivers an aggressive, performance-tuned exhaust note while effectively reducing high-pitch tones. Built for extreme conditions, each system is 100% hand MIG-welded by skilled craftsmen for exceptional strength and long-term reliability. One of its key off-road advantages is the unique pre-axle turndown tip, placed under the vehicle before the rear axle to maximize clearance and eliminate the risk of damage to traditional rear-exit tips.
Installation is quick and straightforward thanks to factory-style bayonet hangers that keep the system securely in place during high-vibration and high-heat conditions. High-quality stainless steel band clamps provide a full 360-degree sealing surface, ensuring a leak-free fit without any modifications.
