Crafted from 4" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this exhaust system features smooth transition bends and a mitered merge collector to reduce turbulence, maximize exhaust velocity, and help increase horsepower and torque while lowering EGTs. Every system is 100% hand MIG-welded to ensure exceptional strength and long-term reliability under extreme operating conditions.
The system incorporates intercooled tailpipes, specifically engineered to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the outlet for improved performance and longevity. Installation is straightforward, utilizing factory mounting locations, OE-style bayonet hangers, and high-quality band clamps to provide a secure, leak-free fit. Depending on cab configuration, some cutting may be required—refer to the included instructions for detailed guidance.
Completing the system are dual 5" angle-cut rolled-edge polished stainless steel clamp-on tips, featuring a black powder-coated, laser-cut aFe POWER logo plate for a bold, aggressive side-exit appearance. This system is confirmed to fit trucks equipped with a factory 5th wheel hitch, making it ideal for both performance enthusiasts and hardworking tow rigs.
