Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD exhaust system maximizes exhaust flow while maintaining strength and corrosion resistance for towing, hauling, and daily driving. Smooth-radius bends reduce turbulence and backpressure, helping to increase horsepower and torque while lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs)—all while retaining factory emissions components.
This DPF-back system installs easily using all factory mounting locations, along with OE-style bayonet hangers and high-quality band clamps to ensure precise alignment and a long-lasting, leak-free seal. Designed to withstand high heat and vibration, the OE-style hangers keep the exhaust securely positioned over time.
Finishing the system are massive dual 5-inch diameter polished stainless steel intercooled tips, featuring straight-cut outlets with integrated intercooling vents to help reduce tailpipe exhaust temperatures.
