Engineered specifically for 2017–2019 GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L L5P Duramax diesel, this system delivers performance benefits while retaining factory emissions equipment.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD exhaust system promotes maximum exhaust flow while offering excellent strength and corrosion resistance for demanding towing, hauling, and daily driving conditions. Smooth mandrel bends reduce turbulence and restriction, helping to increase horsepower and torque while lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).
Installation is straightforward and secure, utilizing all factory mounting locations, along with OE-style bayonet hangers and high-quality band clamps. These components ensure proper alignment, a leak-free seal, and long-term durability under extreme heat and vibration.
Finishing off the system are massive dual 5-inch diameter black stainless steel intercooled tips, featuring straight-cut outlets with integrated intercooling vents designed to reduce tailpipe exhaust temperatures.
