The aFe POWER Rebel XD Series 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System delivers the perfect balance of performance, durability, and aggressive styling for 2017–2025 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. Engineered to outperform the factory exhaust, this system improves exhaust flow while maintaining an OE-quality fit and finish.
Constructed from 4" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD Series exhaust features smooth transition bends that minimize restriction and turbulence. This design helps increase horsepower and torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), making it ideal for towing, daily driving, and performance applications alike. The system is fully MIG-welded for enhanced strength and long-term durability in demanding conditions.
Installation is fast and straightforward thanks to factory mounting locations, OE-style bayonet hangers, and high-quality band clamps, providing a secure, leak-free seal without the need for cutting or modification.
The exhaust is finished with dual 5" polished stainless steel straight-cut tips, each featuring intercooling vents designed to reduce tailpipe temperatures. A laser-cut aFe POWER logo plate riveted to each tip adds a bold, premium appearance that complements the Super Duty’s aggressive styling.
