The aFe POWER Rebel XD Series 3" DPF-Back Exhaust System with Dual Black Tips is engineered for 2023–2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 with the 3.0L Duramax diesel engine, delivering durable construction, precise fitment, and improved exhaust flow. This system enhances performance while maintaining a mild, refined exhaust tone ideal for daily driving.
Constructed from 3" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel XD exhaust provides maximum strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. The system is completed with dual 3-1/2" black 304 stainless steel exhaust tips, each featuring a laser-etched aFe POWER logo for a subtle but aggressive appearance under the rear bumper.
The exhaust system is designed using state-of-the-art computer-aided design (CAD) to ensure precise factory fitment. Installation is straightforward using factory-style hangers, though some cutting may be required depending on the vehicle configuration. All components are 100% MIG-welded for race-proven strength and durability.
