The aFe POWER Rebel Series 3" to 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for the 2010–2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and 2011–2014 F-150 Crew Cab Short Bed with the 6.2L V8 engine. Designed with a dual middle-side exit layout, this exhaust delivers aggressive styling, enhanced sound, and dyno-proven performance gains, while maintaining a true bolt-on installation for easy fitment.
Dyno-Proven Performance:
In-house dyno testing shows this Rebel Series cat-back adds +11 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque, providing measurable performance gains across the power band. The system improves exhaust flow for better throttle response and enhanced overall driving performance.
Mandrel-Bent Stainless Steel Tubing:
Constructed from 3" into 2.5" MIG-welded mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the smooth bends reduce turbulence, maximize exhaust flow, and ensure durability for long-lasting performance.
High-Flow Muffler & Aggressive Sound:
An 18-inch free-flowing stainless steel muffler absorbs high-frequency tones while producing a deep, aggressive exhaust note. The muffler virtually eliminates drone while unleashing all available horsepower and torque.
Unique Dual Middle-Side Exit Tips:
Finished with dual 3.5" black stainless steel clamp-on tips, each features a laser-etched aFe POWER logo. Positioned in front of the rear passenger-side tire, these middle-side exit tips give your Raptor a unique, aggressive look that stands out from traditional side or rear-exit systems.
Leak-Free Seal & Hassle-Free Installation:
Premium OE-style flanges and band clamps ensure a complete 360-degree leak-free seal. The system is designed as a true bolt-on installation, requiring no cutting, and includes all necessary hardware and clamps for a stress-free setup.
