During in-house dyno testing, the Rebel Series exhaust system produced gains of up to +7 horsepower and +11 lb-ft of torque, helping improve throttle response, towing capability, and overall engine efficiency. Its free-flowing design allows exhaust gases to exit more efficiently, maximizing the performance potential of Toyota’s turbo diesel engines.
Constructed from mandrel-bent 3-inch 304 stainless steel tubing, the system provides superior corrosion resistance, strength, and long-lasting durability in demanding environments. A high-flow 304 stainless steel muffler delivers a deep, powerful exhaust note while maintaining excellent exhaust flow characteristics.
Finishing the system is a dual 4-inch diameter polished 304 stainless steel exhaust tip featuring a laser-etched aFe POWER logo for a premium appearance. The middle-side exit configuration enhances vehicle styling while maintaining excellent functionality and clearance.
Designed using advanced computer-aided engineering technology, this exhaust system offers precise fitment for Toyota Hilux models equipped with factory side steps and remains fully compatible with vehicles not equipped with factory side steps.
