Constructed from 3-inch MIG-welded, mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel Series exhaust ensures durability and corrosion resistance for long-term performance. A high-flow 18-inch stainless steel muffler absorbs high-pitched tones while maintaining a deep, aggressive exhaust note, virtually eliminating drone. In aFe’s in-house dyno testing on a 2015 Colorado 3.6L V6, this system achieved gains of up to +9 horsepower and +10 lb-ft of torque.
The system features dual 3.5-inch black stainless steel middle-side exit tips, laser-etched with the aFe POWER logo, which exit in front of the rear passenger-side tire for a one-of-a-kind custom look. Designed for bolt-on installation, the system uses OE-style bayonet hangers, high-quality band clamps, and all included hardware for a secure, leak-free fit—no cutting required.
Note for ZR2 Models: Factory off-road rocker protection (sliders) must be removed. May not fit with aftermarket side steps.
