The Rebel Series cat-back system is constructed from 2-1/2 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, allowing exhaust gases to flow smoothly with reduced restriction and turbulence. This optimized exhaust routing improves throttle response while increasing horsepower and torque. In-house dyno testing confirms gains of up to +9 horsepower and +14 lb-ft of torque.
At the heart of the system is a large 22-inch high-flow stainless steel muffler, engineered to produce a deep, mild exhaust tone while virtually eliminating interior drone. The muffler features a 3-inch center inlet and 3-inch offset outlet, delivering balanced performance and sound control for daily driving or spirited off-road use.
A mitered merge collector is used to increase exhaust velocity and further reduce turbulence, maximizing overall exhaust efficiency. The system exits through dual 4-1/2 inch polished 304 stainless steel tips, each finished with a laser-cut aFe POWER badge for a distinctive, custom look that sets your Jeep apart.
Built for durability, the exhaust is 100% hand MIG-welded and includes high-quality stainless steel band clamps and factory-style bayonet hangers to ensure a secure, stable fit under all driving conditions.
