The aFe Rebel Series 2-1/2 IN 409 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver measurable performance gains, refined sound, and a bold visual upgrade for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door models equipped with the V6-3.8L or V6-3.6L engine. Featuring a distinctive dual center-exit design, this system enhances exhaust flow while giving your Wrangler a custom, high-performance appearance.
Constructed from 2-1/2 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel Series exhaust reduces restriction and improves exhaust velocity for increased horsepower, torque, and throttle response. In-house dyno testing confirms gains of up to +9 horsepower and +14 lb-ft of torque, making this a performance upgrade you can feel.
A large, high-flow 22-inch stainless steel muffler delivers a mild, performance-focused exhaust tone while virtually eliminating interior drone. Exhaust flow is further optimized through a mitered merge collector, which minimizes turbulence and increases exhaust velocity for improved engine efficiency.
The system is finished with dual 4-1/2 inch 304 stainless steel exhaust tips featuring a high-temperature metallic black coating and laser-cut aFe POWER badges, delivering an aggressive and premium look. Built for durability, the entire system is 100% hand MIG-welded and includes factory-style bayonet hangers and stainless steel band clamps to ensure a secure, long-lasting fit.
Designed as a true bolt-on system, installation requires no cutting or modifications; however, removal of the rear tow hitch is required. Engineered and manufactured in Corona, California, the Rebel Series exhaust reflects aFe POWER’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and proven performance.
