The aFe POWER Rebel Series 2-1/2 IN 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver dyno-proven performance, aggressive sound, and standout styling for the 2018–2025 Jeep Wrangler JL 3.6L Gas and 2020–2023 Wrangler JL 3.6L Hybrid models. Designed for enthusiasts who want both performance and a bold visual upgrade, this system features premium materials, precision engineering, and a unique quad-tip rear-exit design.
Constructed from 2-1/2 inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, the Rebel Series exhaust significantly outflows the restrictive factory system, resulting in verified gains of up to +9 horsepower and +8 lb-ft of torque. Smooth mandrel bends ensure low turbulence and improved exhaust velocity for enhanced throttle response and engine efficiency.
A 14-inch high-flow stainless steel muffler, finished in a high-temperature metallic black powder coating, delivers a powerful, refined exhaust tone by absorbing harsh high-frequency sounds while maintaining an aggressive presence under acceleration. The system is finished with quad 3-1/2 inch black stainless steel exhaust tips, featuring a rolled, angle-cut design that creates a striking custom appearance.
Adding to the unique styling is a custom-designed rear tip brace, complete with a laser-cut aFe POWER logo and red powder-coated backing plate, providing both structural support and visual impact. Built for durability, the system is 100% hand MIG-welded and uses OE-style bayonet hangers to maintain a stable, long-lasting fit under all driving conditions.
Designed as a direct bolt-on system for 2-door and 4-door Wrangler JL models, installation requires no cutting or modifications. Not compatible with factory hitch receivers (tow hitches).
