Featuring a patent-pending integrated filter-to-housing design, the Quantum intake combines advanced airflow technology with simplified installation and maintenance.
Dyno-proven testing shows gains of up to +10 horsepower and +15 lb-ft of torque, while flowing 28% more air than the factory intake system. With a measured airflow of 575 CFM at 7" H₂O, this intake system ensures your EcoBoost engine breathes freely under all driving conditions.
At the heart of the system is a Pro DRY S oil-free performance air filter, constructed with three layers of progressively finer synthetic media to provide excellent filtration efficiency without the need for oiling. The 360-degree radial flow design maximizes usable filter surface area, while the integrated 3-angle velocity stack promotes smooth, consistent airflow into the intake tube.
The roto-molded intake housing features an industrial five-rib design for durability and heat resistance, while the dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube is computer-designed to optimize airflow and reduce heat soak. An included air scoop draws cool, high-pressure air from the top of the front grille, improving intake air velocity and throttle response.
Installation is fast and hassle-free thanks to the integrated filter-to-housing interface, captive hardware, and direct-fit design using factory mounting points. Flexible silicone bellows couplings absorb engine movement and ensure a secure seal without cutting or modification.
