The aFe POWER Quantum Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter represents the next evolution in intake airflow technology for the Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0L Turbo. Designed with performance, durability, and ease of installation in mind, the Quantum intake delivers dyno-proven power gains, increased airflow, and premium construction—all in a system that installs in minutes.
At the core of the Quantum system is a unique integrated filter-to-housing design, secured with four captive screws to ensure a positive seal and quick servicing without loose hardware. The lightweight yet durable intake housing and tube are constructed from heat-resistant XLPE material, offering excellent resistance to engine bay heat soak while maintaining long-term durability.
This system is equipped with a Quantum Pro 5R performance air filter, featuring oiled, 5-layer progressive cotton media that provides maximum airflow while maintaining excellent filtration. Dyno testing shows gains of up to +9 horsepower and +18 lb-ft of torque, with airflow improvements of 35% over the factory intake and a measured flow rate of 365 CFM @ 7" H₂O.
A CAD-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube optimizes airflow efficiency, while silicone bellows couplings absorb engine movement and ensure a secure, leak-free connection. With fewer components and factory mounting points, the Quantum intake offers a true bolt-on installation with no cutting or modifications required. Like all aFe POWER intake systems, it is proudly engineered and manufactured in Corona, California.
