Featuring a 2.65-inch (67.25mm) pulley diameter, this precision-machined upgrade increases supercharger speed to generate approximately +4.5 PSI of boost (±0.5 PSI) when paired with proper tuning.
Precision CNC-Machined Construction
The pulley is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, offering an optimal balance of lightweight design and high structural strength. A black hard-anodized finish enhances durability and corrosion resistance, while laser-etched sizing and aFe POWER branding provide a clean, professional appearance.
High-Strength 17-4 Stainless Steel Hub
Included in the kit is a CNC-machined 17-4 stainless steel hub, selected for its superior strength and corrosion resistance. This hub ensures a precise, secure fit on the supercharger snout and long-term durability under increased boost levels.
Complete Hardware Package
The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware—screws, washers, and thread locker—to ensure a secure installation. Due to the reduced pulley size, a shorter belt is required (Gates K100572HD, sold separately).
Tuning & Installation Requirements
Professional ECU tuning is required to safely support the increased boost and maximize performance gains. Removal of the factory pulley requires specialized tools, and professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure proper fitment and optimal results.
