Description
The aFe POWER Street Series Transmission Pan is engineered to improve transmission cooling, fluid capacity, and long-term durability for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. Constructed from high-strength A356 cast aluminum and finished in a raw aluminum appearance with precision-machined cooling fins, this heavy-duty transmission pan is designed to withstand the demands of towing, hauling, commercial use, and high-performance applications.
Designed to outperform the factory transmission pan, this upgrade increases transmission fluid capacity by approximately 4 quarts over stock. The additional fluid volume helps maintain lower operating temperatures, improves thermal stability, and provides enhanced lubrication during demanding driving conditions, helping extend transmission life and performance.
Integrated internal and external cooling fins maximize heat dissipation by transferring heat from the transmission fluid to the surrounding air. This enhanced cooling efficiency helps maintain optimal operating temperatures during heavy towing, hauling, and extended-duty use.
For added protection, the transmission pan incorporates a powerful neodymium magnetic drain plug that captures metal particles and debris before they can circulate through the transmission system. This helps reduce component wear and promotes cleaner transmission fluid throughout service intervals.
Manufactured for durability and ease of maintenance, the pan includes corrosion-resistant stainless-steel hardware for a secure and hassle-free installation.
