Enhance cooling performance and protect your transmission with the aFe POWER Street Series Deep Transmission Pan, engineered specifically for Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6R140 transmission. Designed for heavy-duty use, towing, and daily driving, this Street Series pan improves fluid capacity and heat dissipation to help extend transmission life.
Constructed from durable die-cast A380 aluminum, this transmission pan features reinforced ribs for added strength and resistance to warping. The integrated internal and external cooling fins efficiently transfer heat from the transmission fluid to the surrounding air, helping maintain optimal operating temperatures under demanding conditions. The deep-pan design adds approximately 3 additional quarts of transmission fluid over stock, improving lubrication, cooling efficiency, and overall performance.
For added protection, the pan includes a large neodymium magnetic drain plug designed to capture metallic particles circulating in the fluid, reducing internal wear. A threaded 1/8" NPT port is built into the pan, allowing easy installation of a transmission temperature sensor for accurate monitoring.
Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this transmission pan utilizes factory mounting locations and includes all necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation. It is compatible with the stock transmission filter and factory gasket, and requires no modification to the OEM dipstick, maintaining factory serviceability.
