Enhance transmission cooling and protection with the aFe POWER Street Series Deep Transmission Pan, engineered specifically for Ford 6R80 transmissions. Designed for street-driven trucks that see towing, hauling, or spirited driving, this deep transmission pan increases fluid capacity while significantly improving heat dissipation to help extend transmission life.
Constructed from durable die-cast A380 aluminum, the pan features reinforced ribs for added structural strength and precision-machined internal and external cooling fins. These fins efficiently transfer heat from the transmission fluid to the surrounding air, helping maintain stable operating temperatures under demanding conditions. The increased depth adds approximately 7 additional quarts of fluid over stock, improving thermal stability and lubrication.
For maximum protection, the pan includes a large neodymium magnetic drain plug that captures metallic particles circulating in the fluid, reducing internal wear. A threaded 1/8" NPT port is integrated into the pan, allowing easy installation of a transmission temperature sensor for accurate monitoring.
Installation is completely hassle-free, utilizing factory mounting locations with all necessary hardware included. The pan is compatible with the stock transmission filter, allows reuse of the OEM factory gasket, and requires no modification to the factory dipstick, making it a true bolt-on upgrade. Finished in a raw aluminum appearance with machined fins, this transmission pan delivers both function and aggressive under-vehicle styling.
