The aFe POWER Street Series Rear Differential Cover is engineered to provide enhanced protection, cooling, and durability for Jeep Wrangler JL models equipped with the Dana M200 rear axle. Designed for daily driving, towing, or off-road use, this cover improves differential performance while maintaining convenience and reliability.
Constructed from durable cast aluminum, the cover features internal and external cooling fins that efficiently transfer heat from the gear oil to the surrounding air, promoting lower operating temperatures and extending the life of your differential components. The increased oil capacity over stock allows for better lubrication and thermal stability during extended use.
The cover includes a neodymium magnetic drain plug to capture metal particles and debris, protecting gears and bearings. A calibration plug set to the factory oil level prevents overfilling, ensuring optimal lubrication at all times. Optional accessories such as the deep reach magnetic fill plug (PN 46-00002) and oil level sight glass (PN 46-00001) are available for enhanced monitoring and convenience.
All necessary hardware is included for a straightforward, bolt-on installation. Fitment Note: This cover is designed specifically for vehicles with a Dana M200 rear axle.
