The aFe POWER Street Series Rear Differential Cover is designed to deliver enhanced durability, cooling efficiency, and drivetrain protection for 2021–2023 Ford Bronco models equipped with Dana M220 rear axles, including both 2.3L EcoBoost I4 and 2.7L EcoBoost V6 engines.
Constructed from durable cast aluminum, this Street Series differential cover offers superior strength and impact resistance compared to factory stamped steel covers. The raw aluminum finish with precision-machined cooling fins provides a bold, performance-focused look while increasing heat dissipation for extended reliability.
To improve lubrication and thermal stability, the cover features built-in internal and external cooling fins that efficiently transfer heat from the differential oil to the surrounding air. With increased oil capacity over stock, this cover ensures better protection and longer-lasting performance under towing, off-road, and high-load conditions.
For maximum rear-end protection, the cover includes a neodymium magnetic drain plug that captures metallic debris and wear particles before they circulate through the differential. A calibration plug preset to the factory oil level prevents accidental overfilling during service.
For added convenience and enhanced monitoring, this cover is compatible with optional accessories such as the aFe deep-reach magnetic fill plug (PN: 46-00002) and oil level sight glass (PN: 46-00001). All necessary mounting hardware is included for a straightforward, hassle-free installation.
