The aFe POWER Street Series Front Differential Cover (Raw with Machined Fins) is engineered to enhance protection, cooling, and durability for Jeep Wrangler Dana 30 front axles. Constructed from high-strength cast aluminum with reinforcing ribs, this cover increases structural integrity over factory units while providing a distinctive, raw aluminum finish with precision-machined cooling fins.
Designed with both performance and reliability in mind, the Street Series cover features increased oil capacity, allowing for improved lubrication and extended differential service intervals. Internal and external fins efficiently dissipate heat from the gear oil to the surrounding air, reducing operating temperatures and supporting optimal axle performance.
For maximum gear protection, the cover incorporates a neodymium magnetic drain plug, which captures metallic particles that could otherwise cause premature wear. A calibration plug, pre-set to the factory oil level, ensures proper fill and eliminates the risk of overfilling.
