Upgrade your Ford Super Duty 6R140 transmission with the aFe POWER Pro Series Deep Transmission Pan, engineered for maximum cooling, protection, and durability. Designed for heavy-duty use, towing, or daily driving, this deep pan improves fluid capacity while efficiently transferring heat away from the transmission fluid to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
Constructed from durable A380 die-cast aluminum with reinforced ribs, this pan provides superior strength and resistance to warping. Its internal and external machined fins maximize heat dissipation, helping prevent overheating under high-stress conditions. The pan adds approximately 3 extra quarts of transmission fluid over stock, improving lubrication and cooling efficiency for enhanced transmission longevity.
The pan includes a large neodymium magnetic drain plug, capturing metallic particles to reduce internal wear. A threaded 1/8" NPT port allows for the installation of a transmission temperature sensor for precise monitoring. With a black powder-coated finish and machined fins, this pan combines rugged protection with a clean, performance-inspired look.
Designed for a direct bolt-on installation, the pan uses factory mounting locations and comes with all necessary hardware. It is compatible with stock transmission filters and OEM gaskets, requiring no modifications to the factory dipstick, ensuring easy maintenance and serviceability.
