Manufactured from high-strength cast aluminum, the Pro Series differential cover offers exceptional rigidity and impact resistance compared to thin factory covers. The black powder-coated finish with precision-machined cooling fins not only improves heat dissipation but also provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that stands up to harsh environments.
This cover features increased oil capacity over stock, allowing for better lubrication and improved thermal stability during extended operation. Integrated internal and external cooling fins efficiently transfer heat from the differential fluid to the surrounding air, helping reduce operating temperatures and extend gear life.
For maximum protection, the cover is equipped with dual neodymium magnetic plugs—a magnetic drain plug and a deep-reach magnetic fill plug—to capture harmful metal particles before they circulate through the gears.
