The aFe POWER Pro Series Rear Differential Cover – Black with Machined Fins is engineered to deliver superior protection, cooling, and durability for the Jeep Gladiator JT equipped with the Dana M220 rear axle. Whether your Gladiator is used for daily driving, heavy towing, or demanding off-road conditions, this Pro Series differential cover is designed to promote cooler operating temperatures and long-term drivetrain reliability.
Manufactured from high-strength cast aluminum, this differential cover features integrated internal and external cooling fins that efficiently dissipate heat from the differential fluid to the surrounding air. Combined with increased fluid capacity over stock, the result is improved lubrication, reduced heat buildup, and enhanced gear life under extreme loads.
Finished in a black powder coat with machined fins, the Pro Series cover delivers both corrosion resistance and aggressive styling. Dual neodymium magnetic plugs—including a magnetic drain plug and deep-reach magnetic fill plug—capture harmful metal particles to protect internal components. A built-in oil level sight glass allows for quick visual inspection, while the calibration plug set to the factory oil level prevents accidental overfilling.
For added convenience, this differential cover includes sway bar spacers to ensure proper clearance and a straightforward installation. Like all aFe POWER products, it is designed with precision, performance, and long-term value in mind.
