The aFe POWER Pro Series Rear Differential Cover is engineered to deliver enhanced strength, cooling performance, and serviceability for 2019–2023 Ford Ranger models equipped with the Dana M220 rear axle.
Constructed from durable cast aluminum, this Pro Series differential cover provides superior rigidity and impact resistance compared to factory stamped steel covers. Integrated reinforcing ribs further strengthen the housing, while the black powder-coated finish with precision-machined cooling fins adds long-lasting corrosion protection and a bold, performance-driven appearance.
Designed to perform under demanding conditions, the cover features built-in internal and external cooling fins that efficiently transfer heat from the gear oil to the surrounding air. A large, pre-installed oil level sight glass allows for quick visual inspection, while the calibration plug preset to the factory oil level ensures accurate servicing and prevents accidental overfilling.
